An AI guards the vault. Every hour it burns some, gifts some to a random holder, or waits. Every move is signed on-chain.
Who bought in the last sixty minutes. Who sold. Who just arrived. What it did last time. Then it makes exactly one decision.
Every token in here is either burned or given to a holder, at most 2% an hour. The code has no swap in it. There is nothing to dump with.

THE RULES
Lockjaw's code builds three things: a burn, a transfer to a holder, a memo. There is no swap in it, no route to SOL, nothing to dump with.
Each decision can move at most 2% of what the vault holds at that moment. The vault empties slowly, on purpose.
Gifts go to a holder drawn from the latest blockhash: sha256(blockhash) mod N over eligible wallets in address order. Hold at least 0.01% of supply to be in the draw. Pools and programs are left out.
Every decision, holds included, is a transaction signed by the vault with the reason in its memo. This page only reads them.
